ANDREW SWIFT returns to Bittern for this eagerly anticipated House Concert. Much loved, Andrew Swift made a big first impression on the country music world when he performed as a Toyota Starmaker grand finalist in 2017. Despite not taking home the title of Starmaker, Swift has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years with the release of his album 'Call Out For The Cavalry' debuting at #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Charts & singles taken from the album receiving national airplay a chart placements including 'Runaway Train', 'King of the Sky' & 'Fire & Ice' featuring Catherine Britt.
Swift is no stranger to the road either, aside from constantly touring Australia either solo or with The Wolfe Brothers, Shannon Noll & Lyn Bowtell, he also teamed up with Gretta Ziller to develop the alternative touring concept of the Caravan Park Country Music Showcase, which sees Swift & Ziller take their music & stories to holiday goers as they make their way along the coast from Melbourne to the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
At the 2019 Golden Guitar Awards, the country music industry recognised his hard work and saw Swift take home the Golden Guitar Awards for Qantas New Talent of the Year & for Alternative Country Album of the Year.

MATT JOE GOW has also made a prior visit to Bayview Country Art Club, delighting the audience at this year’s Picnic Festival in January. It is with great pleasure that we welcome him back to warm up the room for Andrew.
From Queenscliff festival to boutique Americana festivals, from supporting Chris Isaak to Justin Townes Earle, Matt Joe Gow has built a simmering credibility to go along side the authentic Alt Country tones. After a full band tour of his acclaimed latest album 'Break, Rattle And Roll', Matt has been focusing on more intimate acoustic shows, hinting at a stripped back acoustic album in the future... His last single "Running Up That Hill" sees the Melbourne troubadour laid bare both sonically and visually in the video clip singing honestly to camera without props, actors, band or even guitar... This intimate solo acoustic performance will look to expand on that theme.

As always, you will be served Supper, an assortment of bought and home-baked goodies, including many gluten/dairy free options. BYO is also permitted.
